Returns

  • Items that have been opened or used

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives:

Lost Packages

If your tracking indicates your package has been delivered, but you cannot locate it, please first contact the shipping carrier.

If your order is lost during transit, please contact us so we can investigate.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders begin processing quickly.

For this reason, we cannot guarantee cancellations or changes once an order has been placed.
